• Protect account credentials and notify MoonRank of suspected unauthorized access.

• Ownership of completed website files and deliverables will transfer only according to the applicable written agreement and after required payments are completed.
• Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, software, or licensed assets remain subject to their respective licence terms.

MoonRank uses professional methods and industry practices intended to improve website quality, visibility, relevance, and search performance.

• Search engine algorithms and platform rules change regularly.
• Results are affected by competition, website history, market demand, content quality, technical conditions, and other external factors.
• Search engines and third-party platforms independently determine rankings, visibility, suspensions, and account decisions.

• Services are billed according to the selected package, proposal, invoice, or subscription.
• Payment may be required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late or failed payments may delay, pause, or suspend services.
• Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
• Taxes, third-party charges, domains, hosting, premium software, and external platform fees may be charged separately where stated.

MoonRank retains ownership of its pre-existing and proprietary software, processes, templates, branding, systems, documentation, SEO methodologies, and internal resources.

Clients retain ownership of their existing trademarks, logos, business content, and materials supplied to MoonRank.

Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect the other party's confidential information and not disclose it without authorization, except where disclosure is necessary to provide services or required by law.

MoonRank implements reasonable safeguards intended to protect client information, credentials, project files, and personal information.

MoonRank may use or integrate third-party tools and platforms, including:

• Google Business Profile.
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Domain registrars and hosting providers.
• Payment and invoicing providers.
• Email, analytics, security, and communication platforms.

MoonRank is not responsible for outages, suspensions, policy changes, data loss, or service changes caused by third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MoonRank will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Search engine algorithm or ranking changes.
• Third-party website, platform, hosting, or software outages.
• Delays caused by missing client information, approvals, access, or materials.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, MoonRank's total liability relating to an affected service will not exceed the amount paid to MoonRank for that affected service.

Either party may terminate services according to the notice, cancellation, or termination terms stated in the applicable agreement.

• Outstanding invoices remain payable.
• Eligible website files and assets will be provided where ownership has transferred.
• Access to subscriptions, software, hosting, maintenance, or ongoing services may be discontinued.
• Confidentiality, payment, liability, and intellectual-property provisions may continue after termination where applicable.

MoonRank will not be responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, major service outages, cyber incidents, government restrictions, war, labour disruption, or failures of essential third-party infrastructure.

MoonRank may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised update date. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
